My name is Laura Crebs. I am the clerk/treasurer for the Town of Edgerton. I am writing in regards to the Gov.Card program that we recently had set up for our residents to make online payments for their water accounts. Our residents were asking for this service for quite some time, and Evolve was recommended to me from another clerk.

When first contacting them for information about the program, Whitney Johnson was my point of contact. She was able to set up the program very quickly for the Town, and was very efficient in explaining how it worked. It is a very easy program to navigate, and easy for the customers to set up payments with their account numbers. Many residents use this service every month like clockwork, and I have also had many customers that would be late with their payments that are now paying their water utility on time, due to the conveniency of the Website. I have also had residents come in to the Town Hall for me to run a payment, and the payment portal is efficient, and can be accessed quickly. I have not had any complaints from any residents, and have been told by multiple residents how much it is appreciated.

I would recommend Gov.Card to everyone. The set up was easy, the fee is more then

reasonable, and the customer support is incredible. Any and every question that I have had, has been answered, and I have never felt I was an inconvenience to customer support.
